Windows 7/64 Ultimate reboots after the client, installed on C drive, is updated, installed and run once.
Had one glitch, even though the system was updated and no other installs were done since last restart Win7 decided to chkdsk the C volume before it came up. Maybe CCP is doing something funky with NTFS, can't tell.

I'm running the same OS with no such problems I'm afraid....
Yea could have been anything from a hung program to <eek> failing C drive, just providing info for people that may well be concerned and are looking for assurance.

No issues here, also running Win7 x64 only im using Entpr version, maybe you did something else aside from installing eve in the mean while that triggert it ?
As I said in an earlier reply, yes it could have been any umber of things, I am just reporting what happened on a restart on my system. It may have been entirely coincidental and probably is, now that more than one poster has replied without any seeing the chkdsk on reboot.
Anyone else care to rebbot and see if they get a chkdsk? There seems to be plenty of time.

Auto-update will give crc error (tried twice). Way to go, CCP.
So, yeah, manual download.
My client download worked fine. It's finished \o/ Now all I have to do is wait for server!
Started the download to my mac now will post results

Should get a real computer then and not a fashion accessory
Love from a Glorious PC user
A. take apart a unibody Mack book B. take apart ANY other laptop
See the difference is between (A) a Swiss Chronometer and (B) something made from bear skins with stone tools.
Frankly, surprised the sh*t out of me. |

Retry on the Mac downloading update failed, files did not verify, one more retry and then will try later in the week. |

Edited by: Alicina Goodbody on 18/01/2011 16:36:39 Mac client update had to retry 2x after files did not verify.
After the second retry update went smoothly and client runs.
